ScienceFacts can be integrated in any website that meets our requirements. Sites with illegal, violence glorifying, pornographic, defamatory or discriminatory content of any kind, are excluded. We reserve the right to refuse or disable integrations on pages that violate our principles.
Which user groups are ScienceFacts and the ScienceHub made for?
ScienceFacts is relevant for everyone. After all, scientific data and findings affect the lives of every single person in the world. And they can help to change or improve it. The ScienceHub is a platform that can be used to integrate ScienceFacts into websites.
Is user data protected from misuse?
Protecting the privacy of our users is our highest priority. Therefore, user entries are processed anonymously only. Users can delete the data entered on their end user device at any time. No personal data is stored on sonares' servers.
Are the ScienceFacts GDPR-compliant?
Sonares is legally obliged to comply with all data protection requirements laid down by the GDPR. Personal data is therefore never passed on to third parties without the user's consent. In addition, Sonares is a member of the global data protection network IAB and is certified for the current TCF 2.0 framework. This means that Sonares and ScienceFacts are already automatically entered in the common cookie consent managers and consent no longer needs to be obtained separately.
How are user inputs used scientifically?

Are there technical requirements for the integration?
Technically, ScienceFacts can be used on any public page on the internet. They are integrated by means of a so-called iFrame and are loaded securely and almost instantaneously into the page. They can easily be combined with any CMS, such as WordPress.
